Success, more or less

The coffin's gone from my living room but, despite having been taken by the courier company yesterday on a guaranteed next day delivery, apparently hasn't turned up at its destination yet. Strangely - well I thought it was strange, courier companies should know these things - they initially told me the Orkneys aren't part of the UK and it would be charged at international rates. If the Orkneys declared independence, I missed it.

Also I'm declaring war on the mosquito that's left track marks down all the veins in my left arm. Anti-mossie spray is on the shopping list for tomorrow (too tired to do the 24-hour Tesco run).

I have found a little time to write stuff, but not for here. Let's just say it's an article on playing safely... all my plans for sending stuff to LJ groups are suffering a bit of delay, partly due to the need for yet more scaffolding and tubeclamp which I managed to pick up this morning. The improved design for the cross support will be put to good use at Eyecandy on Sunday.

I have the feeling I'm writing about the same old stuff now, but should have new and different enthusiams to report on for next time.
